Authorised use
You may monitor domains that you own or are authorised to assess. We may pause a site when ownership cannot be verified or when scanning could harm another service.
What the service provides
Stepfree provides automated accessibility monitoring and evidence of ongoing assessment. Its results are not a legal opinion or a substitute for qualified manual testing with assistive technology.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing findings, deciding how to remediate them, and obtaining professional advice when a contractual or regulatory decision depends on the result.
Service limits
Public sites change, networks fail, and automated tools have a limited detection range. We do not warrant a particular legal or regulatory outcome.
Private beta
The design-partner pilot is provided without charge, may change during testing, and can be stopped by either party. No card is collected and no paid subscription starts automatically.
